- Roof/Gutters- Evaluate and repair gutter issues, clean roof, gutters and downspouts
- Toilets- Fix running or leaking toilets, install new toilets, replace damaged supply valves, reseat/reseal bases
- Sink/Faucet- Reseal or remount sink basins, install new basins, fix issues or replace all types of faucets
- Drain/Garbage Disposal- Clear drain clogs, replace damaged drain components, repair or replace garbage disposals

- Sprinklers- Seasonal deactivation and reactivation of sprinkler systems, valve replacements/repair, sprinkler head/line repair
- Appliances- Install/repair microwaves, disposals, garage door openers and other appliances
